Who will our photographer/videographer be?

We assign your photographer or videographer about three months before your wedding date. At that point, they’ll reach out to connect and go over final details with you directly. We match each couple with the team member we believe is the best fit for your style and event. Every member of our team is highly experienced and committed to capturing incredible photos and videos. When will we receive our photos?

Your online photo gallery will be delivered within four weeks of your wedding. From there, you’ll be able to download and share the images with friends and family, as well as order high-quality prints if you’d like.

When will we receive our video?

On average, you’ll receive the first draft of your video within six weeks after your wedding. This isn’t an exact countdown, as timelines may vary depending on editing complexity. Once delivered, you’ll have two opportunities to request changes. We take great care in editing your story and appreciate your patience as we craft something truly special.

What is the editing process like?

We send over a first draft of your video, and you’ll have two rounds of revision to give feedback and request changes. This ensures the final product reflects your preferences while keeping the process smooth and efficient.

Can we use copyrighted music in our video?

No — we can’t use copyrighted music unless it’s properly licensed, which is typically not feasible for most wedding films. That said, we have access to a wide range of licensed music and can help you find a track that fits your vibe perfectly.

Can we select the music in our video?

How long does it take to receive the final product?

After your revisions are complete, we deliver the final version of your videos within 1–2 weeks. Our goal is to make sure everything feels just right, and we appreciate your patience as we finish the process with care.

Can we order additional edits or products later?

Yes! You’re welcome to add on extra deliverables like a full-length ceremony, full reception video, raw footage, teaser video, and more. Just let us know what you’re interested in, and we’ll get it added to your order.

Should we tip our videographer/photographer?

This is totally up to you. Our team works very hard to ensure you get the best coverage of your wedding, and tips are always appreciated. While it is encouraged, it is not required.
