Planning a wedding is something you don’t do every day, so we know you’ll need our help when figuring out how much time to set a side for photos and videos. When we get closer to your date we’ll hop on a call to review the schedule, but here is a sample timeline based on an 8 hour schedule that may help you make things easier as you plan your big day.
1pm – Photography start (please have your personal details ready to photograph).
2pm – Bride in her dress, groom in tux and ready to go for first look
2:15pm – First Look with B&G at the venue (location TBD by photographer), followed by portraits.
2:45pm – Return to wedding venue – wedding party photos at the ceremony site
3:00pm – Family pictures at the ceremony site (photos need to be done by 3:30).
4:00pm – Ceremony
4:30pm – Cocktail Hour begins. Remaining family photos at ceremony site, marriage license photos.
5:30pm – Grand Entrance with wedding party followed by B&G first dance
5:45pm – Dinner service
6:45pm – Toasts followed by cake cutting
7:20pm – Father/Daughter & Mother/Son Dance followed by open dancing.
7:45pm – Sunset photos (need ten min for photos & videos please)
9:00pm – Photo/video coverage concludes.
