Cylina is the heart of our client experience. As our full time project manager, she makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — from the first email to the final delivery. She keeps communication clear, timelines organized, and ensures every couple always feels supported and cared for. If you ever have a question or just need a quick update, Cylina is the friendly voice who’s already one step ahead, making sure every detail is exactly where it should be.
