So, you’re thinking of bringing on Authentic Moments Media to capture your big day. Here’s what you can expect from us, and what the process looks like!

 

 

Initial Meeting

We’ll hop on a call to learn about you and your partner and the special day you have planned. During this meet and greet we’ll make sure we’re a good fit.

 

 

The Booking

You’ve decided to book a photo and/or video package with us. Awesome! Booking a wedding package with us is ridiculously easy. We’ll send you everything you need via email to lock in a date with us and secure a photographer/videographer for your special day.

 

 

The In-Between Time

Between the time you’ve booked us and your wedding date, we’ll be periodically checking in to make sure you’re ready and prepared for your big day, and send you planning tips as well.

 

 

Artist Assignment

When you book, you’ll select your photographer from our team based on the style and personality that feel like the best fit for your wedding. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with your photographer before the wedding. Your videographer will be assigned about three months before your wedding. Once your videographer is confirmed, we’ll let you know who will be part of your day so you know exactly who to expect. All communication and final planning will continue through Authentic Moments, so we can keep everything organized and aligned from start to finish.

 

 

Timeline Consult

Also about one month before the wedding, you’ll hop on a call with your wedding manager so we can talk about the timeline and all the juicy details. We want to make sure we’re prepared and get all the photos you want on your big day!

 

 

The Wedding Day!

The big day is finally here! Your photographer and videography team will show up on time, be dressed professionally, and will have an amazing attitude as they capture your special moments.

 

 

The Delivery

Finally, the moment you’ve been waiting for, the delivery of your photos and videos! You’ll receive your full photo gallery and videos within 6 weeks after your big day so you can cherish them for years to come.
