📸 Wedding Day Reminder & Post-Wedding Checklist

Thanks for being part of the Authentic Moments team! This quick reference is meant to help you stay aligned with our expectations and avoid any delays in payment or delivery.

✅ Before the Wedding

  • Set your camera to RAW format and enable dual card slot backup.
  • Sync your camera clock with any second shooter for consistent timestamps.
  • Clean all lenses and sensors.
  • Wear dark, professional attire. Avoid jeans or overly casual looks.
  • Arrive early (at least 30 minutes) and check in with the planner and key vendors.
  • Review the timeline and project notes. Be ready to adapt as needed.

📷 Photography Expectations

  • Capture clean, sharp, and well-lit images that are timeless and true to color.
  • Start with safe traditional shots, then get creative once the essentials are covered.
  • Be unobtrusive — don’t block guests or stand too close during key moments.
  • Coordinate with second shooters and videographers to avoid overlapping angles.
  • Use a 3:2 aspect ratio and aim for horizontal framing when possible.

✅ After the Wedding

  1. Upload Your Photos: Within 3 days to our Google Drive.

    Send a quick email to cylina@authentic-moments.com once the upload is complete.
  2. Complete the Post-Wedding Questionnaire: Click here to complete it (required for payment).
  3. Submit Your Invoice: Email it to admin@authentic-moments.com
    Include: Client Name, Event Date, Total Hours, Rate, and Invoice Number.
  4. Retain a backup of all files until the final gallery has been delivered and approved by the client.

💵 Payment Info

  • We use Gusto for payments. Make sure your banking info is up to date.
  • Payment is processed within 20 days after all 3 are completed:
    • Photo upload received
    • Questionnaire submitted
    • Invoice received
  • No files, no questionnaire, no invoice = no payment.
  • Rates:
    • Lead Photographer: $160/hr
    • Second Shooter: $50/hr
    • Engagement Session: $400
    • Elopement Session: $520 (up to 3 hrs), then $160/hr
    • Break Coverage: $100/hr (lead), $50/hr (second)

⚠️ Policies & Reminders

  • You do not own the images. Do not edit, post, or use them without permission.
  • You can share final gallery images after client delivery and final edits — always credit Authentic Moments Media.
  • Retain a full backup of all files for at least 6 months.
  • Do not accept payment from clients directly (gratuity is OK).
  • Report any major issues or delays ASAP to hello@authentic-moments.com.
